Curves College© is an extended workshop specifically designed to present curved-seam piecing by machine. 

Three patterns will be presented:

Winding Ways, Rounds©, and Quilter's Fan 

After learning to construct the three pieced patterns, the student may choose one or more patterns to work with, individually or in combination, during the rest of the time. 

In addition to curved piecing, students will gain experience with techniques for using color and value effectively, accuracy in assembling the quilt top, and preparation of the quilt sandwich. 

Machine quilting techniques and strategies and finishing techniques will be addressed. 

Other topics will be discussed as time allows. 

It is hoped that students will break "out of the box" creating a number of quilt tops unlike any of their previous projects.
